This is so interesting! I will have to watch them. How counter-intuitive that the same topic (and father-son actors) has been more franker in the 80s compared to the 2000s. We tend to think about social change and wokeness as linear, but it isn’t. It reminds me of how my late grandfather was much more open to progress than my father… Very interesting.
