This is an interesting topic that always troubles me. I don't understand my position on the matter yet. However, I think that as part of my bias and cognitive dissonance, I have created a threshold. For example, I am ok with cancelling Chris Brown and all of his music, but tend to think at Michael Jackson (with the assumption he did molest those kids) and be like "but how can I not enjoy and dance if Billie Jean is on?".
