Someone Tell Carlos Garbiras that The Matrix is Real!
And that he should eat more carbs too.
Despite the important topic of this story’s subtitle, we won’t discuss Carlos’ poor diet choices (you should know he believes in the “paleo” conspiracy diet). We will instead do something that was well overdue: debate with him. Or, I suppose, with his past words.
See, with his charismatic personality, Carlos is very good at making you believe that was he says is true. But, statistically speaking…can everything he says be true? Mistake me not, you should still follow and read the guy. He is smart, kinda handsome if that’s your thing (men I mean), and incredibly funny. I think. He really is…but.
But! He got some stuff wrong. Aside from being the biggest fan of artist Howard Mehring, he got the Matrix all wrong. Strange, his critique, since he was the one to beg his wife for a Matrix marathon sitting in the first place. And I know, by this point, you’ll want to know more.
How are we going to do this? I will be quoting some passages of Carlos’ Matrix story, and debate his positions. But first, as I do not want you to side with my opinions just because things may be out of context (you should side with me because I’m right), you might consider reading his original piece:
