Maybe they're frustrated with having to do actual work. Sorry for not being 'nice' about it... but, and it may be a human tendency, it seems like they mostly want to preserve their place as key members and earners (via salary, or whatnot) while enjoying an easy ride. I'd probably do the same, but what does that say about empathy and responsibility towards writers? Bothered by spam comment...please do nothing about it. Bothered by 'tweaks' in earnings? Don't complain... Though writers are the ones that are supporting their actual earnings, and they make it sound like it's them doing writers a favour. Not even talking about me here...I berely stay on this platform to make some extra dollars from my writing and support my editor friends over at Counter Arts. But I just found this 'medium blog' post both needed, but full of wishy-washy bs
