Indeed, I get your point too. And I think we all talk and write based on or biases or at least idea-ideologies when it comes to gray areas. It isn't "science" after all. Though, my point on Gauguin's work was that the girls he painted naked, dreamingly etc (I know, people were indeed more comfortable/habitual to nakedness but I don't think it is always what he was painting) are the exact girls he impregnated as minors (12, 13 yo).
