I was thinking, seeing progress is great, especially at the beginning, my human bodies and minds are tricky...and at times the brain finds subtle ways to keep the status quo of weight and you could see progress plateau incredibly...A better technique to stay motivated is instead of tracking progress about weight loss, track progress around cardio, or pushups, or whatever you do: how much you lift, your movement and techniques.

I truly believe that long lasting effects can only be achieved by focusing of "what our bodies CAN DO" instead of what they "look like". But anyway, amazing results!!! Good luck with the next 15 days
