I tend to yo-yo and when depressed binge eat, same when I feel lonely. Hasn't happened in a couple of years...but still not sure if I feel completely out of this "nutritional disorder". I once saw a video on YouTube (my real university) where a girl undergoes one of those 3 months things etc etc Point being I was actually surprised by the psychological approach to health fitness and nutrition that the coaches talk about...And learned this concepts of "mindful eating".
