I have so many words of joy to express about you visiting the ngv to see that beautiful painting (and melbourne, we could have gotten a coffee!). But really, i would have had to comment on this poem regardless...maybe as an Australian, but definetely as a poet lover in general, this is near perfect for me. I'm still waiting to read you on some poetry magazine/collection! You're too good!
