I don't know... maybe it's late and I didn't fully get your point. But I think Women can rape men, and not only when from a position of power... It is a difficult topic, especially because of things like mentoo etc... but although the fact that there are women rapist (as abusers, ad podophiles etc) may complicate things for certain people, it is also the truth. Now...is it as common as abuse from men? No... but it's still a thing.
