I am unaware of the details, but, based on what I have just read I agree that the women needed to be coinvented. And yes, shouldn't have been released early. But, (again, I dunno know much) it seems like the three women also suffer of mental health issues and there were signs of imbalances (like keeping a dead baby/foetus in a drawer for 14 years) and mistreatments of the boy for ages. Isn't the British social system also kinda guilty of neglect here? Of both failing to spot and help the boy sooner given the signs, but also of not providing mental health treatment for the women (but mostly the first thing)?
