Honestly, I don't agree. I think it is good to give real detailed negative feedback.. but not tearing people down just to make yourself famous. There are feedback styles that can encourage growth and improvement and other styles of giving feedback that could just be offensive and heart-breaking.

In my home-town people used to say "non buttare merda sugli altri per farti meglio tu". I mean, very grammatically incorrect, but gets to the point
