As soon as I started reading this I thought about the pads for men. I saw them at the chemist once...and I was struck by the fact that they were called "men shield", with type font all looking like steel and technological stuff. It always struck me as strange...and I thought about how toiletries need to be marketed so heavily for men. In a way is sad, that we created a society where men cannot feel comfortable just buying pads if they need, or deodorant that smells like flowers
